By hiring Kosoric Solutions or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern our working relationship and the services we provide.
Kosoric Solutions offers:
All setup fees are due before work begins or as otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly maintenance fees are billed on a recurring basis. Failure to pay monthly fees may result in suspension of services.
The Founding 5 promotional rate ($249 setup + $49/month) is available to the first 5 clients only. After the promotional period ends, standard rates apply to new clients. Existing Founding 5 clients retain their rate as long as their subscription remains active without lapse.
To deliver your chatbot, you agree to provide:
After your chatbot goes live, we provide 30 days of free adjustments to wording, answers, and behavior. After 30 days, changes are covered under the monthly maintenance plan.
Kosoric Solutions is not liable for lost revenue, missed leads, or business losses resulting from chatbot downtime, third-party service interruptions (including hosting providers or AI API providers), or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly.
Our services rely on third-party platforms including Anthropic (AI), Calendly (booking), and various hosting providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to how they handle data.
You may cancel your monthly maintenance plan at any time with 30 days written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Upon cancellation, the chatbot may be deactivated.
Upon full payment, you own the content of your chatbot (business info, FAQs, etc.). The underlying code and systems remain the property of Kosoric Solutions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
