What exactly does Kosoric Solutions build? +
I build custom AI chatbots trained specifically on your business — your hours, your services, your prices, your FAQs. The bot sits on your website, answers questions from visitors 24/7, captures their contact info, and books appointments. I also offer simple 3-page business websites if you need one built from scratch.
What kinds of businesses is this for? +
Any local service business that gets inquiries online — plumbing, HVAC, med spas, barbershops, salons, dental offices, chiropractors, law firms, real estate agents, auto shops, restaurants, cleaning services, and more. If customers ask you the same questions over and over, an AI can handle that for you.
How is this different from a generic chatbot widget? +
Generic chatbots just collect an email and say "someone will get back to you." That's not an AI — that's a form in a chat window. The bots I build are trained on your specific business and can actually answer questions like "how much does a water heater installation cost?" or "do you have any openings this Thursday?" in a way that sounds natural and helpful. They use the same technology that powers ChatGPT.
Can I see it working before I commit? +
Yes — that's actually the whole model. I build a custom demo for your specific business first, at no charge. You test it, ask it real questions, and only decide if you want it live after you've seen it in action. What does it actually cost? +
There are two plans:

Founding 5 — $249 setup + $49/month. Available to the first 5 clients only. Includes a custom AI chatbot, up to 10 FAQ answers, calendar & booking setup, full site installation, and 30 days of free tweaks.

Standard — $799 setup + $119/month. Unlimited FAQ answers, email + SMS alerts, and ongoing content updates. If you also need a website built, that's an additional $500 one-time + $30/month hosting.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment? +
No long-term contract. You can cancel the monthly plan at any time with 30 days written notice. The setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun, but there's nothing locking you into a year-long deal.
What happens if I cancel? +
You give 30 days notice and the monthly billing stops. The chatbot will be deactivated after the final billing period. The business information and training data belong to you — that doesn't disappear.
What's the Founding 5 deal and how many spots are left? +
The Founding 5 rate ($249 setup + $49/month) is locked in for the first 5 clients. Once those 5 spots are filled, new clients go on the Standard plan. If you're on the Founding 5 rate, you keep it for as long as your subscription stays active — it never bumps up to Standard. Spots are on a first-come basis. Contact me to check availability.

How long does it take to go live? +
Under 7 days from the kickoff call. Day 1 is the initial call where I learn about your business. Day 3 I send you the demo to review. Day 7 it's live on your site. See the full How It Works timeline for every step.
What do I need to provide? +
Not much. I'll need: access to your website (or your developer's contact), your business hours, services, and pricing, and a short call to make sure I understand your tone and the questions you get most often. Most clients spend less than an hour of their own time during the whole setup process.
Do I have to be technical? +
Not at all. I handle everything — the AI setup, the code that embeds it, and the configuration. You just need to give me your business info and sign off on the demo. If you have a web developer, I can work directly with them too.

Will it work on my website? +
Yes. The chatbot is embedded via a small snippet of code that works on Squarespace, WordPress, Wix, Weebly, Shopify, custom HTML sites, and most other platforms. If your platform allows you to add custom HTML, it'll work.
What if the AI gives a wrong or inaccurate answer? +
The bot is trained specifically on your business information — so it only answers questions based on what you've told it. If something is wrong or unclear, you tell me and I update it, usually within 24 hours. During the first 30 days, all tweaks are free. That's why the review step before go-live matters — we refine it until it's accurate.
What AI model is powering this? +
The bots are powered by Anthropic's Claude API — one of the leading large language models available today. It's the same generation of AI as ChatGPT. Messages sent through the chatbot are processed by Anthropic's servers. You can read Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
Does the chatbot connect to my calendar for bookings? +
Yes. I integrate booking directly using Calendly (or a similar tool you already use). The bot can surface your available slots and let customers book in the same conversation, without ever leaving your site. You get an instant email notification for every new booking.

What if I want to make changes after it's live? +
The first 30 days of tweaks are completely free — wording, new answers, tone adjustments, hours changes. After 30 days, changes are covered under the monthly maintenance plan (one of the core things the monthly fee covers). Most updates happen within 24 hours.
How do I know when someone contacts me through the bot? +
Every lead capture and booking sends you an instant email notification with the visitor's name, contact info, and what they asked about. The Standard plan also includes SMS notifications so you see it immediately.
Do you serve businesses outside DC, MD, and VA? +
I'm based in the DC area and focus there, but the setup process is fully remote — I can work with businesses anywhere in the US. The chatbot is embedded on your website regardless of where you are. If you're outside the DC metro, reach out and we'll figure it out.
